To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tech Query shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

Payment Terms

  • _Project Deposits: 50% deposit required before project commencement
  • _Milestone Payments: Payments due upon completion of agreed milestones
  • _Monthly Services: Billed monthly in advance
  • _Late Payments: 1.5% monthly service charge on overdue amounts
  • _Refunds: Available within 30 days for unused services

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide reliable services with the following commitments:

  • _Uptime: 99.9% uptime for hosted services
  • _Response Time: 24-hour response to support requests
  • _Project Delivery: On-time delivery as per agreed timeline
  • _Quality Assurance: Thorough testing before delivery

Service credits may be available for failure to meet these commitments.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Tech Query operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
